A friend of mine brought this to my attention (WARNING this link has images of a severely neglected kitten with an ingrown collar)

Poor baby needs just shy of 500$ for vet bills. Likely more for additional expenses down the line. If you are able and so inclined, consider tossing some change for the poor beast.
