I am writing this post because I am having a hard time making ends meet and any donations I could possibly receive at this time would be greatly appreciated. Recent events have left my bank account depleted and my cupboards bare, I have some food but it will not last and I still do not know how I will cover all the utility bills.

Hi everyone, so I’m still doing my best to raise funds and save for our upcoming move but my S/O needs help very badly. Basically he lives in subsidized housing for mentally ill people, and he has a roommate he’s lived with for over a month. Dave recently suffered a family loss and has struggled to maintain his health, and unfortunately slipped in a manic state, for which he had to stay in a psych hospital for 6 days. He’s on new medication now and will further adjust as time goes by, but his environment is very stressful.
His roommate is neglectful of chores, hygiene, and general upkeep around the house and Dave has to do essentially everything himself while working full time. His roommate isn’t even home most of the time and when he does come home he eats everything and leaves everything messy and gross. Not only that, Dave came home from the hospital to find his food gone and a huge, hazardous mess was left behind. He has OCD and has been trying to deal with his living situation as best he can.
I’ll just link the video here (hopefully it works) and the quality isn’t great but in it he comes home to a kitchen that’s been just completely fucked up with mess and dirt everywhere and no food in the fridge. Oh, and he’s the one who buys food for the house.

I’ve always been disabled and sick. The effects have been amplified in recent years by adulting, largely without direct support. It worked for a while. In a “many things are on fire but the big fires are sort of put out” way. My chronic pain, fatigue, and brain fog increased; my mental health declined. I crashed in late 2016.
I have not recovered. I’m able to work much less, which means I earn less. I’ve been very financially unstable for over a year. I want to take care of my cat, who is my best friend, and pay my bills. I just don’t have much. I’m applying for benefits like SSDI, housing assistance, etc. I have relied on a few people for help so far.
Last night at 4am her back legs suddenly stopped working. I had to rush her to the emergency vet, in fear that something had happened to her.
Ayla is now on several medications and is still not walking. She needs to see an actual vet or orthopedist as soon as possible. Her back legs collapse whenever she tries to walk. She’s not in pain, so we are worried it is neurological.
She will not use the bathroom or eat. She has extreme behavioral changes. I need to take her to the vet this week. I don’t know how much it will cost, but I’ve already lost every bit of money I had for one tiny exam. The vet couldnt even take x Rays because I cant afford them.
