Recent events have left my bank account depleted and my cupboards bare, I have some food but it will not last and I still do not know how I will cover all the utility bills.

Thursday, October 25th Hi everyone, I’m Gemma and I’m so sorry to ask this again so soon from my (please help me avoid eviction post) as I still desperately need help.
As many of you may know, I’ve been struggling these past few months, literally since the new year in January, because I’ve had my welfare benefits (Universal Credit and Housing Benefit) revoked under the UK’s controversial changes to how benefits are assessed and assigned and due to my mental illnesses, I am unable to find work despite my many applications. And if anyone has ever had their benefits sanctioned or capped, then you’ll understand how much of a struggle and death sentence it is.
And at the moment my U.C benefit is under a “capped- sanction” and the £185 that I received today went towards paying off some of my utilities, tax and other bills, leaving me with nothing to help pay my electricity & heating or get groceries for this month. The photo above is how much I have until November 25th and I know that I have asked this a lot these past few months and all the help I have previously received has literally helped me from spiralling into more debt and helped me to eat and stay warm so far and I absolutely hate to ask for more help but I have no one else to turn to and government aid/food banks are unable to offer me anymore assistance.
If anyone could spare any amount to help me, even if it’s just £1/$1/€1, it would literally save my life and, sharing definitely helps just as much as donations. Nobody has to donate if they can’t or don’t want to, I know we’re all struggling. Thank you for your help 💖

Hey, so, I really…REALLY hate doing this. But I need help.
I’m disabled, and need to get a cleaning service to help make our apartment livable, or else we’re going to end up homeless. Margaret and I are physically incapable of doing the work ourselves, otherwise we would. An hour’s worth of cleaning, for me, is basically ‘sweep the kitchen, wash four dishes, bag up trash.’ It seems super simple and easy, but with my pain levels, I’m lucky if I can manage that on a good day. Some days I can’t even wash the dishes I need to make a single basic meal. We need to get this taken care of, ASAP.
In addition to this, we’re still attempting to live off $100 worth of food stamps for three people. I’ve been living off of boxed pasta, mashed potatoes, and whatever few things I can scrape together otherwise. I’m constantly tired, hungry, and near the breaking point.
The GoFundMe up there is specifically for the cleaning service. I’ll stick on my Paypal.Me link for anybody who wants to donate that way as well, and the Amazon wishlist for food items if anybody feels like sending Things instead of Funds. Please, please share this, even if you can’t donate. If you can click through the GoFundMe link and share to other social media, I would appreciate it SO much. Thank you so much to the people who have donated and signal boosted! I appreciate it a lot, and I’m trying very hard not to use what funding I have on food at the moment. We’ve got nothing to eat until around the first, and I basically haven’t eaten in about 24 hours.
I’m so close to breaking lately, I keep having to unclench my jaw, drop my shoulders, and remind myself to breathe slowly. I’m so scared that we’re going to get evicted. I’m exhausted, my stress levels are through the roof, I’m constantly anxious and hungry, and I don’t know how much of this I can take.
For the folks who are curious, we had a HUD inspection on the 15th. We failed for mostly reasons we can’t control, but the inspector said we needed to take care of the hoarding problem Margaret has, and do a lot of thorough, deep cleaning that we’re just not equipped physically or financially to handle. We’ve looked at as many avenues for assistance paying for it as we can, but none of them have pulled through. We have until the end of November to get the apartment taken care of, and I’m straight up terrified of failing and losing our apartment.

Hey, just want some more info before donating.
Is the money raised going to be used to buy some of the land, or bribe the loggers away from it? Also, what will the money be used for if the total isn’t met, or if the logging people aren’t interested in it?
The money is to be directly used to buy a portion, if not ALL of the land. There is no “bribing loggers away from land”, because if the owner wants it logged, they will find someone else to do the job.
I am feeling really hopeful that the owners will be willing to let go of part of the property. I’m far to invested in this for it not to come to be. Ultimately, it is up to the land owners though. IF everything was to fall through, the money I’ve collected so far will be used in other conservation efforts. Although, this property can’t simply be “replaced” with another project. I am wanting to preserve it because it is indeed very special, and extremely bio diverse. I’m simply not ready to accept no for an answer with this. Even if it takes 20 years, after the land falls in the hands of someone else… I will find a way to protect this wilderness.

Hey so, I need help. Desperately so. Through a series of dramatic errors by the government, I’m not receiving benefits, and I’m technically homeless and surviving on good graces, and I’ve got car insurance and tax to pay, plus like. I gotta eat. I don’t have a lot worth money to sell, but I was planning on opening an Etsy shop, and I’ve finally done it in sheer panic. I’ve not got a lot up, but all pearls come with sterling silver or rose gold plated sterling, and I have plenty of gemstones and silver/gold plated findings that if you want something specific, I can probably do something like it!!! I need about £150 to get my bills covered by the end of the month, so even if you can’t help me please boost!!! I’m going to keep making stuff and throwing it up, so if you can save my backside, I would be. So bloody grateful.
