I wasn’t kidding about basically treating these like a crust, BTW. This one has more cheese than expected, but to my taste they even benefit from some added sauce 🙃

(That’s not a huge amount of cheese hiding the sauce layer, either. Easy enough to fix, at least.)

I did finally manage to make it out in the rain, and had the sense to pick up something easy to have tonight.

(Other than a sandwich, now that I have some bread again. Several days without, and that was one of the pressing items that sent me out. Glad for sandwiches tomorrow, no doubt.)

These are actually not too bad, once you add some toppings and plenty more cheese. One of the best GF frozen pizza crusts I’ve found so far. Basically just treat it like a crust with a little flavor on it already 🙄

It only took me over an hour after getting home to recuperate enough to mess with a frozen pizza(!), but trying to get that ready to go in now.
