It does not go unnoticed that there is this smearing of a Jewish woman to make her seem like she is white supremacist sympathizer. Especially seeing as this same Jewish woman was harassed and sent death threats along with images of her photoshoped in Holocaust images for writing an article on Melania Trump that was not sycophantic.
This smearing of her is not just this there is also:
What is happening here is the willful misconstruing of facts in order malign and smear a Jewish person and to make them appear as a white supremacist sympathizer.
This is antisemitism plain and simple.
Also if you look at the date on the tweet in the first post you will see that is not even how twitter does their dates and times.
I don’t know if OP is the one who messed with the image or they got if from somewhere else all I do know is that what we have here is antisemitism.
I hope that this version with the correct information spreads as fast and as far as the false antisemitic original did.
A gay rights activist waves a damaged rainbow flag during gay pride in St. Petersburg
St. Petersburg, Florida? Or Russia? What’s the difference anymore
Florida most likely. Sure, keep Russia in your thoughts during pride month but I don’t think that is where this was taken.
The difference is… Enormous? Cultural? Legislative? Political? And it is trivializing the suffering Russian LGBT people endure to imply otherwise. (they have literal concentration camps!? it is illegal to say the word gay in public?!)
Here is the source of the image, taken by a Russian photographer in Russia. It was my bad for not including it in the first place, but that doesn’t mean we can afford to imply Florida and Russia are the same places in regards to LGBT people, it is irresponsible and quite literally doesn’t make any sense and I won’t hear of it.
if you want to buy moonstone jewelry like…please be aware that half the people on etsy and wherever selling “moonstone” jewelry are actually selling you opalite which is just….glass with added effects. moonstone and opalite are not the same thing lol….so many people are getting ripped off on etsy because of this and it kind of bothers me
this is real, natural “rainbow” moonstone:
this is opalite, which is synthetic opalised glass:
Opalite is very pretty in its own right! But it is not moonstone, and sellers trying to pass off opalite as moonstone are jerks.
Same for ‘dragons breath’ and ‘flame’ Opals. There are coloured glass stones made with metallic powders and effects sheets that are being called Opals, but they are most certainly not.
Please be very careful about purchasing stone jewellery online, especially on Etsy. And watch out for weird metals like ‘Black Gold’, which is not at all gold, just a synthetic patina coating on some cheaper base metal like brass or copper.
I have an actual, genuine moonstone ring, and love it.
LOOK FOR THE FLAWS. Moonstone is going to have them. They’re part of the charm of the stone.
I also have an opalite necklace, which is very pretty, and cost WAY LESS than the moonstone ring.
She has a bad UTI and I had to take her to the emergency animal hospital last night because she was in so much pain. The total was 550 dollars. She has medications to take and is feeling much better, but she will need another vet visit and urine analysis which will probably cost another 100 at least.
She’s 12 years old and the BEST cat ever. I want to make sure I can pay for her follow up appointment because of her age especially.
I work part time in retail and I’m trying to pursue a career in ceramics. Money is super tight. After some crappy life circumstances I was left in Michigan with no family or much support at all. I have my own health concerns and I don’t have anywhere else to turn.
I want to make sure my sweet cat gets the vet care she deserves!!
