I hope this helps!

if you can, please do support ND stim toy creators. this post is specifically so ND people without much money can afford the things they need to function!

Note: neodymium magnets are awesome but they’re also dangerous. If you swallow or inhale some, that’s a medical emergency. If you get them, it’s important not to put them in your nose or mouth and to keep them away from people who might eat them.

do most american world maps seriously have america in the centre?

WE DO HAHAHAHA

Are you fucking kidding me.

In Chinese maps, Asia is in the center. Which nation is centralized depends on the map’s origins.

In Canada, our maps are cut through the Pacific, so we don’t offend anyone.

sometimes i feel like canadian stereotypes go too far and then this happens

Australian maps are upside down so Australia is above everyone else

you think this is a joke

are you fucking serious

What? I live im America & I don’t think I’ve ever seen a map like that before this. Most world maps I’ve seen are either cut at the Prime Meridian or they have Europe at their center.

Full length kittens taking over my bath tub video from last night. Please excuse my bath tub, it is vintage 1960s and retains stains like you wouldn’t believe.

Help feed, vaccinate, and neuter the babies! (gofundme: furballs-fund)

OMG I HAVE BEEN GOING THROUGH LIBRARIAN KITTEN WITHDRAWAL AND I GET TO GO SEE THE BABIEZ TONIGHT OMG.

In other news, somewhere in my house is a ziploc bag FULL of 20+ years worth of allen keys and I really wish I could find it, since I’m trying to take apart two DETOLF display cases so they can be picked up from a nice lady from Iowa who is driving all the way here to get them and legit, I spent the first hour of this morning searching every junk drawer and every tool set and ended up using an allen key attachment on my wee tiny drill except it kept trying to strip the stupid things instead and wow, my head hurts and I’ve only got the one disassembled and need to start on the 2nd and I’m already hot and tired in my face.

Big spenders in China are targeting U.S. species of turtles and tortoises as collector’s items and cuisine

typhlonectes:

Conservationists say the case involving 70 spotted turtles and 100
eastern box turtles confiscated on May 9 is a troubling example of how
China’s appetite for turtles has grown to include relatively common
native species in the United States.

“This case signals a new and
distressing trend: poachers in the U.S. willing to swap our own wildlife
for a few dollars from Chinese collectors,” Paul Gibbons, chief
operating officer of the nonprofit Turtle Conservancy’s Behler Chelonian
Center in Ventura County, said…
