some people on insta said i should post my workout routine since i mentioned how im so happy with the results, so here’s my little workout guide for my fellow trans folk! I focused on getting a more masculine body because obviously that’s what I want. I’m so happy with the results, this workout is saving my fucking life!!!! I can’t get on T soon so this has really been keeping my dysphoria in check. I barely get body dysphoria, i love how my clothes looks on me, i love feeling confident for once in my life!!! HOWEVER Don’t go overboard with working out my friends. Do not work out in a binder, you MUST take days off to let your muscles heal, and you CAN’T starve yourself! Fitness is all about health and diet! Take care of yourself. This is also MY workout routine, you may not get the same results as I have! Every body is different.
As a person who is at the gym – I have seen ZERO change in my body because my diet hasn’t changed. I’m getting the diet plan this week, so I 100% expect to see changes here. You CANNOT expect to eat pizza and take-out and expect to go to the gym and look like Gal Gadot or Chris Evans.
I would not recommend reducing your caloric intake, it’s not an effective way to lose weight can can be very harmful especially if you have an eating disorder. Weight loss =/= fitness anyway. It’s more important to include plenty of lean proteins and healthy carbs as part of your pre- and post- workout routine, don’t worry about counting calories.
@nomadicstardust This post is advocating eating “500 calories less than what is recommended for you.” That is unhealthy. No one said anything about eating for a man twice your size.
Weight loss is not the primary goal of this post, nor is it an indication of health or fitness. Calorie counting is dangerous especially if you have or are prone to an eating disorder. It is absolutely not a good way to manage a binge eating disorder and can lead to further disordered eating. You might lose weight in the short term but severely restricting food intake is likely to cause weight gain, increase cortisol levels, and cause other health problems in the long term. You need to make sure you are eating enough, not less, when taking on a vigorous exercise program. There are better ways to be mindful about what you’re eating.
– increased CO2 levels due to burning fossil fuels
– increased output from the sun on its regular cycle
– Earth’s orbit spiralling inwards towards total destruction
– modern music causing too much grinding on the dance floor
– the temperature just did that
Impressed yet again at how muggy even this can feel, in a damp climate not much above sea level. Where that’s unusually hot.
We may get more thunderstorms to make it that much stickier, tomorrow too. Hasn’t stormed since last night, but that rain is probably still helping with the humidity now.
yo, by the way, don’t buy anything from Fabletics. i just got off the phone with my credit card company, and although i’ve managed to reverse the unauthorized$49.95 they charged me this month, they’ve apparently been doing this since february. let me repeat that, they’ve taken $200 from me and not made it known. all because i bought a pair of on sale leggings a few months back.
so, every few weeks they have a sale. generally a “buy 2 for the price of one if you sign up for free!” sort of thing. like a regular old clothing retailer, you add your items to the cart, say sure, you’ll give them your email address to save your details, and then enter your payment information. then you get your stuff a couple weeks later. but what they don’t mention is this fun little bit of fine print:
yeah, they save your credit card number. and charge it repeatedly. (even more concerningly, i had my old card that i used for the original purchase cancelled a couple months ago after some unauthorized payments started cropping up. i haven’t interacted with Fabletics since, but somehow, they’re charging my new card?)
it should also be noted that they also send out about 4 marketing emails per day, and this is what your “payment notification” looks like.
hint: it’s the middle one. which looks just like a regular promo email.
long story short, they draw you in with a sale, ask you to sign up for an account, and then start quietly charging you $50 a month that you can only get back if you get in touch with them within a couple of days. also, even if you try cancelling over the phone or through a live chat, they’ll hassle you to keep your membership and word everything cryptically.
ah, yeah, and a lot of people are still getting charged after cancelling their memberships. i mean hundreds. and Fabletics refuses to refund their “subscription.” it’s literally a scam.
tl;dr,don’t buy from Fabletics, and if you do, very carefully monitor your credit card bill for months afterwards. don’t be like me and get scammed out of $200 without knowing it. (my card provider is currently contacting Fabletics in an attempt to get that hefty chunk of cash refunded, but who knows if i’ll get it back. probably not.)
You know what, this isn’t a class act. People should understand that it is a baby and babies are fussy and they poop and they cry. If someone is travelling with a baby they have a reason. They shouldn’t need to feel embarrassed because a baby needs to communicate something and is doing so the only way they know how to. Yes, it can be annoying for fellow passengers but for god’s sake, it’s a fucking baby!
These parents were giving a giving a loving home to a baby and they were so worried about upsetting other people they made goody bags for them with an apology note. Now I’m guessing they were in first or business class as this tweeted by Niall Hortan and he has that little blue tick, and I’ve heard of people doing this in economy class flights as well but what about those who don’t have that money to spare and need to travel? Are they not a class act? Do they still deserve you glares and sighs of frustration?
