split-at-the-seems:

“average British household claims £25,000 a year in benefits” factoid actually just a statistical error.  The average family claims £0. The

Mountbatten-Windsor family who live in a palace and claim £116,000 a day is an outlier and should not have been counted

Something I feel that’s not talked about often is students with chronic illness still in school. I’m not talking about college, or kids who are moderately uncomfortable. I’m talking about being in the 9th grade and having no one believe your symptoms. So you just sit there, day after day, in severe pain and unable to do concentrate on anything, and everyone blames it on stupidity or laziness instead of an illness. And then you come home, exhausted and unable to do anything, and that is literally your entire life for the next four years, pain and exhaustion, pain and exhaustion.

When doctors use the excuse that “high school is a stressful time” for your symptoms, find a new doctor if possible. You’re not lazy, or lying, and you know your body best.

Completely unrelated,  but I wanted to show you these robots. Yes, these are not fish, these are robots – the future is now.

Not to mention that they’re moving apparently randomly through a three-dimensional space, and not touching each other! That’s impressive.
