We have one office cat already, but this little man was most upset at the rain and came to our door to ask if we had room for another. We said absolutely 🙂

And I know for a fact my mom will regret doing this for forever because that’s the kind of person she is. She loves this cat but has given up on rehoming her.

Wanda is a middle-aged spayed female who needs to be an only cat or with someone who knows how to introduce a traumatized cat into a new cat setting. She could adapt to living with a dog. She doesn’t like being handled but she will sit in your lap and hang out with you wherever in the house you go. She loves to play. Due to her trauma, she may swat at you suddenly while you are petting her, as if she forgets where she is. All she needs is a person with good cat sense and some patience.

I live in central Alabama but I will drive/fly anywhere to save this cat. She doesn’t deserve this.

~~EDIT: about a dozen people have offered their homes to Wanda and I’m sure one of them will be perfect for her. I’m so relieved and grateful to everyone who shared this post.~~

EDIT 2: Wanda has to be returned to us due to not adapting to living in a home with two people. She still needs a new home.

Boozhoo (hello), my name is Ken, I am a disabled Ojibwe artist from northern Wisconsin. I am writing this post because I am having a hard time making ends meet and any donations I could possibly receive at this time would be greatly appreciated. Recent events have left my bank account depleted and my cupboards bare, I have some food but it will not last and I still do not know how I will cover all the utility bills.
