I bought some cat sticks for the first time because I thought it would be easier to carry all the time. The first customer was a little brown kitten living under the wooden footstool of motorcycle repair shop near my home. I put down for now only a half pack of the salmon stick in front of the small hole of the footstool because the shop was in business.

This is me. Please help if you can.

My grant has run out. There’s one under-sized paycheck to come in, and then we got nothing. And a tree is very slowly falling on our house. We’re afraid that it will break a window, and then we’re screwed, as we have neither insurance nor money to pay to replace it.

So many people have already donated, and we appreciate it so, so, SO much. You have no idea. But it’s not enough to live on yet.

I’m jobhunting every single day, but there’s no rushing these things, only making sure you’re exposed to as many opportunities as possible.

So. If you can and would care to, we would REALLY appreciate any help you can give.

It’s a new month, with all new bills and needs. One of the cats is sick, and the vet bill has already been way too much.

It’s ok if you don’t want to answer this right now, but do you need money to have him cremated or were there other arrangements?

yes, if it was summer i would bury him but since it is winter cremation is probably for the best, and then i can scatter his ashes down by the dock, his favorite place to go for sniffs, he’d get so excited when we turned down that road.

any help is appreciated, it is looking like it could be between $60-150. paypal email is

$155 to get the ashes back.

@katisconfused – That’s one idea. Almost wanted to throw some directly at them earlier 💩 Probably just more screaming from the startle.

An extra laugh, because I’m already a tad concerned about the people upstairs maybe calling the council on us over the couple of trash bags out back that I haven’t been able to clean up and Mr. C hasn’t had the chance yet😅 Where foxes have ripped into them, of course.

Hmm.

Foxes pose little danger to cats, but do sometimes chase them. Generally foxes will back away, knowing they will probably suffer a serious injury in a fight.

And sometimes the chasing goes the other way 😾

But, I wondered if the racket lately might be something like this:

The fox year begins in January, the start of the mating season. At this time of year foxes will travel around the most and can be heard calling for a mate. This barking can be extremely disturbing, however this will only continue until the fox has found a mate.

Yep, that might explain it. Including all the squabbling. This is the loudest I can recall, but there do seem to be more of them living right around us the past few years. Noticing more noise from them at other times, and they’re getting in our trash more often.
